		<description>Thanks for the tip, Senorita! Have you ever had someone say that to you? Yeah, that would throw a wet blanket on anyone&#039;s day. In NYC my superintendent was Mexican and for the life of me, I could only remember tu phrases. Sometimes I didn&#039;t know whether to attempt a convo with him or not... I wasn&#039;t sure if he&#039;d feel like I was speaking to him like a janitor. ;-P</description>
