Got this youtube video from a friend and just had to re-post it here. The video claims to be occurring in 2oo7, but let’s just call it a premonition for the near future. With continual airlines fees and price tags placing additional barriers on budget travel (so far I hear its up to blankets & in one infamous UK carrier, toilets!), traveling seems like an expensive luxury. Hope you enjoy!

Surviving a University Job Interview in Korea

HAHA! I couldn’t stop laughing. I just came back from Chicago and I got super frustrated that there was only two toilets for all of us commoners (coach seaters). It was constantly being used. Also, I got pretty bummed when I found out that US Airways no longer gave out one free package of pretzels and their lunches were sold out by the time it got to me. ARRRRGHHHHH….LOL I can’t wait for my southeast asia flights. I heard they are better.

@Jen: Yeah, unfortunately, all the U.S. airlines/domestic cut customers a raw deal. The last I’ve flown with a U.S. carrier was late 2009 and it was Continental, which at the time was my last favorite airlines cause I think they at least included food and blankets/pillows on their flights. Dunno if they cut that off too. International and Asian flights seem to be much better these days as many still offer standard hospitality.
