1. Turon - yes it&#039;s oily, but next time you have it try to drain it in table napkin to reduce the oil, that&#039;s what i do
2. Sisig - i&#039;m not sure pig innards and brains have ever been used in any recipe of sisig, it&#039;s usually pig ears, snout, it&#039;s boiled then minced before frying
3. Silog - &quot;silog&quot; is a coined word &quot;si&quot; from &quot;sinangag&quot; (fried rice with garlic) and &quot;log&quot; from &quot;itlog&quot; (egg)
4. Halo-halo  - in Filipino &quot;halo&quot; means &quot;mix&quot; and &quot;halo-halo&quot; means &quot;assorted mix&quot;, it is important to note that most ingredients used in halo-halo are sweet (fruit) preserves. give it a good mixing to incorporate the flavors before eating it.]]></description>
