Yeah, I’ve heard that, It was hard to figure out places like Tsukiji or Harajuku where there is some street snacks sold.

They showed their culture at the last FIFA World Cup by picking up all garbage at the stadium. Even the players kept their room absolutely clean before leaving the venue. Gr8 Country with hard working people. Sadly, they don’t travel that much.

However, places like the Sensō-ji temple Asakusa or Kawasaki Daishi, due to their popularity, tend to have street food vendors all year long. Tacoyaki, yakisoba and chocolate covered bananas on a stick are some of the most common.
