My tongue doesn’t appreciate spice, so when we took our first tour to India, my husband Dan was worried that I wouldn’t be able to handle the food. Silly man. In a country of over a billion people, how could he expect that everyone appreciates food with a kick? lol

Like you said, India is blessed with an incredible variety of dishes. My favorites are pretty much anything made with paneer. What about you?

Love your writeup ondecoding to lndian food. There’s lndian food in my hometown but it was like the food of the old time cooks!!!
