I just went through my old messages with HLTH from 2016. I didn’t have a specific dollar amount for Sapa alone. They bundled my Sapa stay with Halong Bay, food tour on a scooter, Hoa Lu Tam Cuc.

Hi Christine, it was part of a trekking tour my hotel in Hanoi (Hanoi Little Town Hotel) set up for me. It included overnight train from Hanoi to Lao Cai then shuttle to Sapa. I did NOT like the ON train at all BTW. Day 1 we walked about 8 miles through the rice terraces and general area. Stayed overnight at the homestay. Day 2 walked about 5 miles but harder hike. Then back to Hanoi. I took the bus (believe it was like a VIP bus) which was wonderful and about 4 hours. Bus had free WiFi and we stopped for about 30 mins to eat, shop, etc. Sapa was amazing and I am glad we did a homestay versus hostel or hotel in Sapa town.

How did you find the sapa one? Was it thru a trekking tour or separate from that?

Both were wonderful experiences and some of my best travel memories.
