Odeng: A popular street food in Korea (on a stick!)

Korea has a thriving street food scene, with everything from deep-fried foods, seafood, natural foods and comfort foods.

Today I’m in Suwon and I want to get a quick snack before boarding my train back to Seoul.

So I’m going to pick up one of Korea’s most popular street foods, Odeng 오뎅 , otherwise known as Eomuk (어묵) at Suwon Station. What is odeng?
